TwentyCo is a custom residential and commercial design and build company, creating contemporary master planned projects for the discerning Auckland market. Our project team collectively have over 200 years of experience working in the Auckland building industry. Over the past two decades, our planners, architects, engineers, interior designers, builders and project management team have been incorporating timeless and functional design concepts to ensure that a TwentyCo project is an integrated environment in which form and function combine to create a beautiful place to live, stay or work. From initial site selection to planning, design and consenting through to construction, we manage both residential and commercial development projects.
